Operation Analyst | Planning | Riverside

Hey Dude Shoes is currently in need of a skilled Operations Analyst who is goal-oriented and self-motivated. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing SOP’s Work Instructions, generating order processing reports, data analysis, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing were required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Working with senior leadership to run day to day operations
  • Help plan complex projects and identifying connections and interdependencies across the company and departments
  • Supporting the onboarding, growth, and development of team members
  • Developing and implementing SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Ensuring efficient processes including training, new process implementation, and data monitoring
  • Analyze order reports and generate shipment schedule
  • Ensure ERP and company software is running efficiently across all departments

Job Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including 2 years in an operations role

  • Needs to be proficient in Google drive, Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, PM Manager
  • Strong track record of end-to-end project management capabilities
  • Familiar with ERP,CRM, and WMS Systems.

Create marketing plan for new products, by collaborating closely with product development and the marketing team, to determine effective launch strategy by identifying the key audiences, messaging points, communication channels, and measurement plans.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create marketing plan for new products, by collaborating closely with product development and the marketing team, to determine effective launch strategy by identifying the key audiences, messaging points, communication channels, and measurement plans.
  • Leads development and execution of priority product marketing programs. Manages marketing activations from idea and planning to launch. Drives asset creation, from briefing to file release, across online and wholesale channels.
  • Drives clear and consistent consumer focus, storytelling and brand voice across regions and channels.
  • Tracks and shares competitive activity and trends, and implications.
  • Develops success metrics for key marketing programs and activations. Tracks ongoing results and completes post-launch recap and analysis. Shares findings with stakeholders and makes recommendations to inform future planning.
  • Work closely with product development team and product designers to come up with the best possible way to market the products

Job Experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in product marketing management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Business, Marketing
  • Experience in footwear is preferred.
  • Experience managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability

Wholesale Senior Account Manager | Sales | Riverside

Hey Dude Shoes is looking for a Senior Account Manager to handle various wholesale accounts. This position will require someone with strong communication skills and a detail oriented work ethic.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage various assigned Key accounts
  • Complete sales orders through manual order entry as well as EDI processing, continued follow up as well as meeting customer’s demands.
  • Communicate with sales representatives, buyers to provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Track in transit inventory and monitor orders from start through completion under shipping and compliance guidelines. Research and resolve charge backs under vendor compliance guidelines
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Daily reporting to monitor accounts. Weekly account reporting to management
  • Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new accounts.
  • Interacts with all levels throughout organization
  • Able to identify complex problems and finding solutions to address them
