INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To make an exchange, the customer is required to return the items received for which he will receive a refund and place a new order


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated Customer, acquires physical possession of the good or the last good in the case of multiple goods ordered by the Customer in a single order. and delivered separately.

To return, follow the procedures below:

make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and with the original boxes, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and refund.

SHIP WITH YOUR PREFERRED COURIER


  1. Pack the boxes in the package you received them with or one that is equally sturdy, fill out the return document you received with the order and put it in the package
  2. Go to your local post office or another courier to ship the package.

The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to ship the items to be returned before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND


If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all payments he has made in our favor will be reimbursed, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Fratelli Altri SRL received the returned products. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case.
